PeopleFluent, a leading Human Capital Management technology company, today reported record results and strong third-quarter performance with a 28 percent increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) year-over-year (excluding the most recent acquisitions of Aquire, Strategia and Socialtext). Despite a weakened global economy, the company realized significant growth in its EMEA operations with a 40 percent increase in total bookings in the first nine months of 2012, compared to the same period last year.
