We remain vigilant about our customers’ concerns regarding complying with regulatory restrictions and will provide flexibility to easily opt in or out of AI features. This approach allows us to maintain a purposeful implementation of AI, building trust and ensuring security at every step.
While a powerful tool, our approach means that AI will not:
- Replace Human Judgment: AI is designed to complement, not replace, the critical thinking and expertise that our users bring to their roles.
- Store Sensitive Data: We prioritize the protection of customer data, ensuring that sensitive information is stored according to the highest privacy and security standards.
- Operate Outside Controlled Environments: We are committed to using AI within controlled, compliant environments, and we will not support unchecked AI usage or feed external models.
- Train LLM Models: We do not believe in implementing AI in a way that trains the LLM. All data submitted and returned from the LLM exists only in our customers’ unique deployment of our products.
- Threaten Customer Compliance: We are dedicated to providing and exploring technology solutions that support our customers’ compliance considerations with evolving regulations and requirements.
Product Exploration
The introduction of AI-enhanced experiences is a key focus of research and development across our suite of workforce management solutions. Our approach includes thoughtful and strategic research and validation of AI enhancements that add real value for our customers. Key areas we are currently investigating include:
