PeopleFluent Compensation ranked at or near the top in all seven of the Value Index’s evaluation categories.
“We congratulate PeopleFluent for its rating in the Value Index and for its high rating in the usability and adaptability categories,” said Stephan Millard, VP and Research Director of Human Capital Management, Ventana Research. “PeopleFluent’s version 11.4 Salary and Incentive products automate the total compensation management process and has provided innovation through its core compensation capabilities as well as next-generation capabilities including mobility, analytics and business collaboration.”
