PeopleFluent Announces TJ Seabrooks as New Managing Director

TJ Seabrooks brings more than a decade of software engineering and leadership experience to the role.

RALEIGH, NC—February 8, 2023—PeopleFluent, part of Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG) and a leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition, talent management, and learning solutions, is pleased to announce TJ Seabrooks as its new Managing Director.

Seabrooks previously served as PeopleFluent’s Chief Technology Officer. Prior to PeopleFluent, he was the Chief Executive Officer at Rustici Software, PeopleFluent’s sister company. His background is in software engineering, and he’s been part of LTG’s family of companies since 2011.

Seabrooks succeeds Stephen Bruce in the role after Bruce announced his departure from the organization.

I’ve been working closely with Stephen on budgeting and strategic thinking for PeopleFluent for a while now,” said Seabrooks. “It’s ‘business as usual’ at PeopleFluent.
