Stephen Bruce is the Managing Director and responsible for leading the PeopleFluent business. Stephen has been an executive in the software industry for more than 20 years and previously held a number of leadership positions at PeopleFluent, including chief customer officer, chief commercial officer, and senior vice president product management. As a former HR executive and CHRO for several enterprise global organizations, Stephen has extensive experience in human capital management, HR software and talent management strategies
Patrick McNiel, PhD, specializes in workforce analytics, using both qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze employment practices and inform employment decisions. Dr. McNiel is an expert in hiring decision analysis. He applies this expertise to examine both the validity of instruments used for talent acquisition and management and the potential of such instruments for creating adverse impact. Dr. McNiel holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and he is licensed to practice psychology by the State of Texas.
