PeopleFluent constantly seeks new opportunities to help organizations improve efficiency and reach their company goals. The latest software update for PeopleFluent Talent Management and PeopleFluent Compensation, Version 25.04, further demonstrates PeopleFluent’s commitment to solving clients’ pain points and streamlining HR processes. Read on to learn what’s new and how the upgrades can help your organization succeed.
Streamline Feedback With AI-Powered Features

PeopleFluent is committed to bolstering and enhancing its software solutions by strategically harnessing the power of AI. To that end, the latest PeopleFluent product update includes new AI-enhanced features that help your managers and system administrators save time while giving more precise, actionable feedback.
Three new prompts make it easier for your leaders to generate or rewrite performance comments during employee review cycles. The comments are personalized to each employee based on various performance datapoints and other information stored within your organization’s integrated systems. You can ensure your managers are giving every worker the valuable feedback they need to reach their professional goals while saving leaders precious time.
Additionally, the software now includes AI-powered job description assistance that offers suggestions for skills and competencies that each role at your organization likely requires. Your administrators have the power to choose which prompt fields are enabled or disabled.
These AI capabilities have been thoughtfully implemented to ensure clients’ privacy and data remain secure. PeopleFluent employs rigorous measures to help customers benefit from AI-powered tools while maintaining compliance with their industry standards.

Encourage Continuous Feedback and Employee Progress

PeopleFluent Talent Management now includes a new performance functionality called 1:1 Conversations, which empowers your managers to share continuous feedback with their direct reports. Managers can schedule consistent one-on-one meetings with employees to share timely feedback and ensure they’re making progress on professional goals.
With this feature, your organization can incorporate informal conversations between managers and employees into your annual performance review process. Unlike one-on-one conversations scheduled through a calendar app or similar tool, PeopleFluent Talent Management gives you a way to formally track employees’ progress toward their goals, even if the conversations themselves are informal. Your managers can document their agendas and include employee action items to help their direct reports stay on track. Additionally, your managers have access to an overview of their conversations with each employee. They can also track meeting details, such as how many times they’ve met with a specific worker and dates for when the most recent sessions occurred.

Customize Your Compensation Statement Emails

Version 25.04 of PeopleFluent Compensation now has an enhanced email feature that helps your organization notify workers of their pay statements without giving every person permission to access your total rewards software. The following template features can be adjusted:
- Customize the body of your emails
- Insert merge fields
- Choose a specific email sender (instead of using a generic HR email address)
Your compensation statement emails can now also be sent to a secondary address, including non-user accounts like a shared HR mailbox. You can also send copies of statement emails to user roles like your organization’s worksheet approver or your HR manager.

Your managers also have the option to send employees’ compensation statements to themselves instead of directly to the workers. This is a useful option when you have employees whose emails aren’t in your system for some reason, such as when you’re working with a contractor or freelancer.
Another reason your managers might choose this option is if they have further information or attachments they want to share with their employees in addition to the pay statements. Managers can send the statements to themselves, add any additional information to the email thread, and forward the statements on to their employees.
PeopleFluent’s current customers expressed that they wanted more control over their compensation-related data privacy and security. That’s why this software update also lets system administrators require password protection for all reports. PeopleFluent listened to its clients to ensure these software updates would give your organization more control over managing compensation for your employees.
