While implementation can vary from customer to customer, it can be done relatively quickly. Final implementation timing will be subject to the complexity of your requirements and implementation (e.g. access to system APIs, branding, or customization requirements). We typically expect an implementation to take 10-12 weeks.

What level of support can we expect after implementation?

We offer both standard and premium customer support, regular system updates, and ongoing consultation to ensure your success. Our global team is available 24/5 to address customer issues, while our SaaS team monitors sites 24/7 to quickly respond if necessary.

Can Stories handle complex organizational structures?

How do you verify skills and skill proficiency?

Stories includes five levels of skill and proficiency management. Individuals have the ability to self-certify their skill proficiency and set their target proficiency level, while department/team leads have the ability to assign proficiency levels to their employees. When the individual and lead proficiency levels match, the user is awarded a verified status for that skill. In addition, organizations have the ability to set target proficiency levels for skills associated with a job profile.

How much does Stories cost?

PeopleFluent operates a tier-based pricing model based on volume of users contracted and an initial three-year contract commitment. We’d love to have a brief conversation to further validate how Stories can help achieve your business goals and provide pricing at that time.

Is customer data used to train the LLM?

Absolutely not. We have not implemented AI in a way that trains the LLM. All data submitted and returned from the LLM exists only in your tenant deployment of Stories.
